If you want to have a partner this is the right thread.

Form to find a partner:

What kind of graphics will your person do?: [avatars, siggies, other stuff, etc]

If you WANT to be partners with someone who posted that ^^ then do the following:

The member who is looking for the partner {first} will HAVE to post the thread.
They have the option to choose the partners.
