Paragraph One:

There was a knock on the door. Thud Thud Thud. We all turned our heads to look at it. Whoever it was wanted to get in and fast. We all looked at each other. Who was going to answer the door? All of the sudden Lucy jumped up. "Fine I will get it" She walked slowly to the door, even though she sounded so sure she could open then door . . . she walk slowly. She slowly turned the handle of the door to reveal . . .

A boy. He was dressed in ratty old clothes. He had smudges of dirt on his face. "Why are you here?" Lucy asked, puzzled. "Please help," he replied, lips trembling, "I need your help. For a mission. Please."

"Who sent you?" She asked closing the door to the hall way behind her,
"They told me not to tell you" He replied,
"Well I am not coming!" She yelled at him,
"You have to or they will kidnap you!" He replied,
"You are scaring me" She told him while starting to shake.

"Hurry," he says, frightened.
"You tell me what's up."
"They're coming!" he screams, scrambling into the house.
"Get that filthy thing out of my house!" Lucy's mother screamed, swatting the boy.
Lucy looks far into the distance to see fire. Exploding.
Bombs.

They all dived to the floor as a loud ringing sound came all around then Lucy peered up and out the window where houses once where there was nothing she got up,
"Is everyone okay?" She asked everyone,
"Yes." They all replied,
She got ran after knowing they were all okay and ran to look out of the window near the back door. There was nothing just flat land where houses once layed. Some how her house had not been hit she heard a yelp from in the living room. She ran into the living room to find everyone staring out of the window looking at 5 people in a row all dressed in black walking to there house. The strange boy recognized them,
"Eveybody out. Everybody out" He screamed "They are here for you lucy"

"Why?!!" scared, Lucy hides behind a couch.
"You have the powers," the boy screams as he pushes the front door and locks it. Fear was in his eyes.
"The power to WHAT?!!"
Looking up at Lucy, he whispers, "Magic. And together we must go on a jouney to do something about it."
"Why?!" Lucy asks, frowning. She stands up to pull the curtains together.
"Because...," the boy starts.

"WHY!" She screamed the boy could tell he would have to tell her because she would never go if he didn't tell her,
"They want their kind to be the only kind with magic." He told her,
"You must be wrong I have no magic" She told him,
"Now is not the time to argue. Now everybody move out through the back door . . . NOW MOVE IT LETS GO" He screamed terror in his voice

Lucy didn't move. "Are you crazy?! You're just a stranger."
The boy glares at her.
Rolling her eyes, Lucy opens the door and throws him out. "We don't have time for you, weirdo! Get LOST!"

The boy says 'Please we need your help '
Lucy looks then says 'Well too bad find another person'

"Too bad." He said then all the sudden a noise come from the front door being kicked down. Heavy foot step like metal on wood came towards then,
"OKAY I AM COMING! " Lucy screamed following him

"I said, PLEASE," the boy begs.
"NO."
The door swings closed and a voice whispers into Lucy's ear.

She struggles to hear what it said then she gets it the voice said

"I need to suck your powers in,"

She turns around but the boy grabs her hand and starts to make here run . . .

"Help!" she yells, but her voice is muffled by the man's hand.

She feels hands letting go and the boy running in front continues to run she does not hesitate for follow him they run for what seems ages when they come across a . . .
